    We can provide secure bags or lockable containers for safe storage

    Each bag of confidential waste can be labelled, numbered and logged into our collection records. Collections can be carried out by our company vehicles on a weekly or monthly basis.



  • Securely Shredded Data by Trained Authorised Personnel

    All data is returned to our depot for secure deposit into our shredding compound for feeding through our shredding machine.




  • Baled and Forwarded to Recycling Mills.

    The resultant paper is then fed onto our conveyor for baling and forwarding to local paper converting mills, where it is used in a wide variety of products - from tissue to high quality paper.
We can provide each customer a certificate of destruction on completion of the shredding of your documents.


Today you can no longer dispose of fluorescent tubes/lamps in your general waste as they are now categorised as hazardous and must be disposed of differently than in the past.

Capstick Waste Management can provide on a rental basis a range of Health and Safety compliant containers. You can fill them at your own pace and we charge one single fee, which includes collection and forwarding onto the recycling plant. No lamp counting is necessary and no lamp sorting required (mixed lamps accepted).


DURAPIPE

Ideal for smaller buildings or low users of lamps. Heavy duty and safe, available in 8 foot lengths with a 300mm diameter, which will hold over 400 of the 2 foot fluorescent tubes but on average stores around 150 lamps. You can even fill them with non-fluorescent lamps.


1 PALLET NON-LINEAR CRATE

Pallet size - (0.8m x 1.0m x 1.2m)

Ideal for storing non fluorescent lamps such as SOX, SON's, Metal Halide, 2-D's, PL, compacts, etc. Stores approximately 1200 compacts and standard non-linear lamps and will take fluorescents up to 3 feet long.



1.5 COLLAPSIBLE PALLET

The premier container measures 2m x 1m x 1m and is ideal for any lamp up to a 6 foot fluorescent. Ideal for non-linear lamps and, for example, it can hold up to 3600 2 foot fluorescents.


2 PALLET GREEN METAL LAMP SKIP

This large lockable container measures 2.4m x 1.2m x 1.2m and can hold any lamp type. It's ideal for fluorescents and holds up to 7950 2 foot lamps.

Please note that the examples given are offered as a guide to the amounts these spaces will hold for well-packed lamps with packaging removed. Capstick Waste Management takes no responsibility for the manner of packing or number of lamps within a container.

All the above services are subject to the lamps being kept in dry conditions, are kept whole and all packaging removed.
